Willis Wood, Jr.
Mr. Wood is the retired Chairman and CEO of Pacific Enterprises, a holding company whose major subsidiary, Southern California Gas Company, merged with Enova Corporation to form Sempra Energy in June 1998. He has currently or recently served as a Trustee of the University of Southern California, Harvey Mudd College, the John Randolph Haynes and Dora Haynes Foundation. He has been the Chairman of the American Automobile Association and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Prior to retirement, he served as a Director of the California Chamber of Commerce, the Los Angeles Business Advisors, the Los Angeles World Affairs Council, and Chairman of the Business Council for a Sustainable Energy Future.
